Before getting ahead of myself, I want to send out a whole-hearted thank you to all who made this year’s Tahoe Chill weekend a success.  Our hosts, Maggie, Jeanie, and Gordy were good enough to forfeit their ride to haul the campsite must haves as well as provide the group with good food and cheer.  Ernesto and Julie treated us to a Friday night pizza party which was delicious.  Melinda kindly loaned us her portable fire pit which kept us warm and toasty and Jeanie even brought crafts for whoever wanted to partake.  When adding lake-front lunch, music on the patio, and a rum runner or two, I do believe everyone had a great time.

I know I’m looking forward to the route Kenny’s putting together for us.  We are planning to meet up Friday, at 8:00 a.m. at the Black Bear Diner located at 2700 El Centro Rd., Sacramento.  For dinner… Eel River Brewing is steps from the hotel (my go to place with both good food and beer).  Hope you can join!
