Before the Event

Þ Check out the forum under "Rides & Destinations" for meet up sites and group rides.

Þ If you want a cabin, best to get your reservation in early

Friday, October 1

Þ Enjoy the ride over to Manchester Beach KOA (on your own for the ride & meals)

Þ When you arrive, Check in  at the KOA office to pay for your camping (group tenting: $10 per person per night, or get your cabin & key)

Þ Bonfire, cheer & chatter at the Club campsite

Saturday, October 2, during the day

Þ Continental breakfast at the Club campsite

Þ Lunch on your own

Saturday evening festivities 

Þ Pick up your wristband  around 5:00 or so at the group firepit.

Þ Cocktail hour – Bartender  Fred is hosting again

Þ Raffle– scout out Rafflemeister Bob and crew for tickets

Þ Gary Stofer Mileage award

Þ Catered by KOA is back, Tri-Tip, chicken & fixins

Þ Bonfire, cheer & chatter at the Club campsite

Sunday, October 6 morning 

Þ coffee & continental breakfast hosted by Ray at the Club campsite

Þ Check Out & Ride Home
