The annual Whale Ride to the Sea Gull Inn in Mendocino is happening again. This ride is great for couples and this year's ride takes place the second full weekend of March: 3/9 - 11/2018. Rooms are 15% off the Standard rate, Greg Peart leads the ride from the Sacramento area over great roads to the village of Mendocino and The Sea Gull Inn. During the weekend, some go on rides in the area, but most relax, shop, and enjoy the great dining - Oh, and try to spot whales just off the coast! Rooms are blocked for YOU (they all appear reserved but are not), so you can view them online, but you have to CALL (707) 937-5204 to get actually book a room. That way no interlopers get your favorite room.
